This sketch was done for a painting intended for the cover of The Savage Sword of Conan #92. I was paid for the painting, but it never saw print. I'm guessing that the original artwork was stolen, or at the very least, lost, since I never got it back from Marvel.
There is quite a bit of yellowing from aging, and the tracing paper is taped to a backing board. There is also a tracing paper overlay with the Savage Sword of Conan logo and type indication
